| How is the training conducted?
The training is comprised of two components, off-the-job and on-the-job.
The on-the-job component is related to your normal tasks. The off-the-job
component is gained by using and completing the units of competency
on the Nextra Online Resources Website and performing other tasks
stated in your training plan.
As you complete the training you may at times be directed to ask
your store manager or workplace trainer/assessor to explain a task
to you, or you may have to read a section from the Nextra Procedure
Manual.
Each unit should take about 3-4 weeks to complete depending on
how much of the unit you need to complete in order to be competent
in that subject. You will be provided with a record book to record
and monitor your progress.
